It’s far from a silver lab. Silver labs are half bred mutts. “Fox Reds” are no different than “White” labs. Just a variation of yellows.

Look up Tracy Hayes. He’s in NC. There’s several guys in eastern NC that breed those darker colored yellows but Tracy would be a good place to start. He’s good people.

    As Feets said....

Give Tracy a shout (336) 366-2513 Quail Hill Farm Kennels, State Road, NC. He has some of the best fox red lines I've seen and is a great guy!

Oliver Burman with Foundation Retrievers just had a litter that he was advertising. He is near Union, SC. His contact info is on Facebook.

I tried to get this one back in July but she was already spoken for. This one was in Honea Path. The breeder told me she wasn’t going to breed again for 2 years. She has my number if they have another. Although my wife may kill be if i get another puppy.

You could get a yeller and dye it. Heck, you could get a blue lab or even a camo lab that way.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

It is easier to dip them in bottomland. Lasts longer too.

I wish my female was still with us. She had several fox reds in both litters when I bred her to my male. Man I miss that ole girl!!
