    Default DNR youth duck draw

Is this a waste of time? Son has 3 points and still not drawn.

Depends on what you ask for. We’ve put in every year. My son has been drawn & most of the time it’s Bonneau Ferry.

You mean that Caden, Aspen, Braylynn, Cody, and Ruy didn't want to wake up at 3am?

It is definitely not a waste of time. My son was drawn 3 times. Once was a bust. The other two were good.

For youth that had success, how many points had they accumulated prior to said success?

My kids have been drawn with 1 point twice. I have multiple friends whose kids have been drawn back to back years with no points either time. We all were real selective on sites.

Sort of a side bar, but I’m completely baffled by the fact that the deadline for our state’s lottery was the 15th and some folks still haven’t received their results. Meanwhile the deadline for another state was yesterday and I’ve already received my results. It’s not a huge deal, but man we are way behind the times.

If you haven’t gotten a yes, it’s probably a no. So be on the lookout for the pintail partner email.

I recieved an email yesterday. I think my daughter had 1 point, but not certain. I know we've put in a total of 3 times, but skipped a year. I think you lose your points if you don't put in. We put in in '16, skipped '17, then in '18, and then this year.
