Help for homeless gentleman.

I’m trying to help a gentleman that has started working at one of the plants I work with. He is currently living in a tent in the woods across from the plant in Spartanburg. He has a tent, air mattress and tarp. I have a buddy that is giving him a lantern and a heater. Any donations I’m certain will help if we can work out logistics. Clothing will be difficult seeing as he is 7’1” tall. Phoneman has a sleeping bag he is willing to donate if I can get someone to help get it to Greenville or Spartanburg

I asked a homeless man once “what is one of the tougher things about being homeless?”

He said “others always steal and it makes it hard to keep anything of worth.”

Usually other homeless folks don’t have things like bolt cutters etc, so maybe it will be useful to him.

I can spare a “coleman style” grill and a 1lb tank or two. Also have a few extra random cans of soup/veggies we could spare from hurricane season.

This is a rough time to be down and out. prayers up for this gentleman and hoping he gets back on top with his new occupation.

Already ahead of you sir! Me and a co worker have both invited him to church. He’s got a bible that is very weathered and hard to read. Going to pick him up a new one this week
