    Default 10/11 Double

Shot the doe at 8AM and the buck at 8:25. He was out cruising. Neck swolen, tarsals stained. Been running cameras at this spot since the end of July and have no pictures of this buck.

180 Lbs on the buck, 100 lbs on the doe.

That’s a fine buck, even better killing it with the bow.

Tell me about the bow set up.

Is the picture of the buck and arrow misleading? Looks like you didn't get much penetration.

    Awesome deer though.

Second shot. Spined him first shot, as he was walking off. 65lb Bowtech Reign 7 with 30.5" draw. Getting plenty of KE.

He wasn’t going to make it long but I expedited the process.

Gotcha. I was just curious what was going on, figured there was more to the story. Mechanical or fixed blade?

    Good killing.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-
