Tossing around the idea of adding another one. What complete upper would you recommend in the 8.5” range? Plan to run a can on it and undecided whether it will be pistol or sbr.

"You are Citadel Men, you have no pension for failure, you wear the Ring, you never let a friend down, you will be good fathers, husbands, and leaders in the armed forces and industry, you are strong in heart, body, and mind. You protect such things as Honor and Fidelity. Your virtues matter not only in wealth, but in the richness of family, you are the last of the knights."

Aac sells uppers that are suppressor ready and quality (accurate)
BCM 9 inch. Buy a toolcraft BCG and one of BCMs charging handles.
Get the pistol lower while you wait on the SBR stamp. You can always turn around and sell it.
My SBR has a 10.5" barrel. With the 7" can it feels just right.

Let me know what you wind up with as I've basically been looking to setup the same.
I wanted one of these a while back when I still had a place to hunt. They were on long back order so I ended up putting one together with what was available at the time.
They might not be worth the money though.

Here is my 8.5” with innovative arms LDSP next to a S&W 15-22 with integral can to give a size reference.

The rail is YHM. I don’t care for it. Chose it because it had enough inner diameter to allow the can to fit inside.
Wd those are very nice. I don’t plan to shoot this much over 50-75 yards suppressed so I may lean toward a psa. Question how hard is it to take the flash can off of an upper?

Honestly I’ve never tried to break one myself. Mine came with nothing attached.
Mine was put together with the intention off being a under 100yd gun. Originally wore a 56mm trijicon in a larue mount. Trigger is a SSA-e.
Tried PNW and Barnes factory ammo. Wasn’t happy with the results on paper or on deer. It’s been put away 5 years now.

Barnes 110 black tips are hell on deer and hogs

I have a 10.5” BCM Mk18 SBR that I like and don’t feel like I’m giving up much in length for a little extra zip with super sonics. With a suppressor it would be a about the length of a standard 16” AR.
For subsonic hunting ammo, look a what Lehigh offers. They have bullets designed for low speed expansion. They leave a wound channel that looks like a big four blade broadhead made a passthrough.
