    Default This heat...

...Sucks! We haven’t seen a drop of rain in 6 weeks at my place. Hardwood tree leaves are going from green to brown and falling off. Even the damn invasive privet is drying up and dropping it’s leaves.

I’m scared to cut a fart outside for fear of starting a fire.

Please send some rain (and cooler temps) to Gilbert!

It's BAD and don't see any rain for a good while. Got 84 in the hole at the moment. Went to the coast last week for a stay hoping it would break last week. I was wrong, BUT, next Sat. gonna be bout 80 but little chance of rain.

This was around 2:30 Friday. I got 1.6 inches in 45 minutes. It's gone, and my grass crunches when you walk across the yard.

Had a decent shower for 30 minutes about 7pm in South Greenville. My dog and I both went and stood in it in amazement.

I stood on my porch and watched that cloud come within 500' of my house. I got nothing.

Don't know where it came from, but got 1" Friday afternoon!
It was the first I've seen in a while....everything is brown down here for the most part and quail cover is low this year.

The pond in the yard is suffering right now. Ironically, the pond on the other property is just fine and dandy. It sucks.

I got zero Friday at the house, and zero at the farm. The radar screen look like a group of drunk silly amoebas acting a damn fool.. there was no rhyme or reason, the only pattern I could figure out was that they wanted to stay the hell away from anywhere I wanted it rain. I mean it was all around us circling teasing us and s***

im glad I hadn't had to cut grass in 2 weeks.
