I don't wrap baby backs, dry rub. I'm not telling y'all my concoction. I like that Willk lets them firm back up, ribs shouldn't be falling off or parboiled. I like my ribs, people that eat my ribs like them, so I don't need any sass. Y'all probably won't get to try them. So there.

i dont wrap but i do listen to boomstick whenever he posts in here....so I'll give a sweet chili sauce a try.

but I like a "dry" rib. I dont have to have them glazed or sauced which is why I dont often wrap.

I actually stumbled onto the chili sauce one day when I ran out of honey. The wife actually dug it out of the fridge and suggested giving it a try. That was a couple of years ago and have never went back to honey. It won't give the flavor that most on here think it will, it will still be sticky and sweet but have a little heat as well. My father is as old school as they come and he refuses to eat ribs any other way than with that sauce.

Marinate chicken wings overnight with Hoisin, deep fry as usual. They will turn black as coal. When done, smother with honey, white seseme seeds for decoration.

The guy that you did some work over here built one, maybe two.. I wish I could talk him into building one more.. it was all fancy. Mine is on a nest, thought it was safe, sat there in a corner for a couple years.. my wife somehow knocked it over. Don't ask me how she's too small to hurt anything, but also couldn't pick it up. I would have blamed it on the dogs, but she's honest. inside the fire holder thingy is cracked, but it still works. The shell is perfect.
