    Smoke for 3 while spritzing every hour, hit em' with a little honey/brown sugar and wrap in BUTCHER paper for 1.5, glaze and finish for 30-45. WSM running around 250

    Saw a text yesterday...

    I worked though, one tractor with a pto tiller, the other was hooked up from before spreading fertilizer.. one Polaris seeding and one running a cultipacker

    Rain was nice

    I can't figure out how you guys are cooking ribs for 5-6 hours...Cooking at 225 I can have ribs fall off the bone, tender, done ribs in 3 hours. I use an old offset stick burner with a single chimney full of kingsford and the rest split hickory or white oak logs. They go on the smoker for 1.5 hours, then wrap for 1 hour and back on unwrapped for 30 mins.

    I concur. No rain for me, either. About 10 drops on the windshield yesterday afternoon - just enough to get me excited but not even enough to wet the ground.

    We were both there stag.. I stayed up there Friday night with that crowd, but I drive back home after the reception

    Crops are harvested, animals are killed.
