My brother in law is a pathological disease pharmacist and I asked him about this. He said that it would have to be transmitted either by the deer breathing beside your face or somehow stirred up from the lungs/throat/nasal cavity while cleaning the deer. If infected, you would likely never know it as it would remain dormant until you were weakened by some other illness. Even if the TB shows at some point it is not a big deal if treated reasonably quickly and properly.
