Pictures always look great! Is that worchestershire you always have sprinkled on the top?

I keep things pretty simple. It's a mixture of salt, pepper, worchestershire, and white vinegar. I baste them right before I close the grill, then again every 2 - 3 hours. I keep the temp around 250. Depending on the size, and the weather, they will stay on the grill any where from 8 to 12 hours.

This was at 7 this evening. I didn't start pulling them off the grill until 9:30.

I've got 9 racks of ribs that will be going on around lunchtime tomorrow.

It's a shame you don't have brains to go with that big ass head you have.
