Going to Cabo next week

I am going to take a much needed vacation with the wife, son and girlfriend, daughter and husband and 2 year old son, and one of my best friends and his wife to Los Cabos next week. I was wondering if any of you had suggestions for restaurants and things to do and see. A few of us are going fishing one day hoping to catch a marlin or roosterfish and some mahi mahi. We will be snorkeling and doing a sunset cruise also. I got a heck of a deal from Primus Villas here in Columbia on a beautiful villa they rent out there. After my knee replacement in June, I am ready to get out and explore a new place.

We were there on an off year and were told my multiple captains not to bother offshore. We had a blast just a big off the cost catching red snapper and tuna by the boatload. The fishing there is strong. There were lots of places where you could take your fresh catch and they would prepare it a number of ways. Your captain will know.
