5-6ft with 4 gangs of 4 discs as I recall. No idea of brand bought it used and it didn’t have much paint left. Bearings need to be repacked or replaced and a couple of the discs need to be reset or replaced.

Unless you just don’t have the time, that’s not a particularly hard job to do

ha. i told him the same thing....

its only a pain in the ass to get the right tools on hand and break that bitch apart. putting it back together is easy enough.

but buying a new disc is even easier.

Breaking the axle nut is probably the most aggravating part, even with the right tools.

This one has been aggravating to break loose, I even hooked the winch from my truck to the cheater bar on this one to try to looosen it and all we did was bend the cheater bar. Impact wrench won’t touch it, we’re going to put heat to it next

Time is the issue, 3 hours of each farm day is spent behind the steering wheel. I’m giving strong consideration to buying a new one.

    heat is last option...
liquid wrench every time you walk by it for a week or two seems to help.

or cut that bolt off. you can always find a new one laying around....

There's a very good chance the axle is already damaged. If one is ready available, a cutting torch may be the answer.

What size impact are you using? The 3/4” I have at the farm has been invaluable, thinking about getting a 1” as well.

You can give Mr. Jimmy Richardson 803-671-0854 a call. He is in Elko and has moblie setup and does work for most all the farmers around here. You can also try Jody Still 803-571-0236. He is in the Sleytown area. I'm not sure if he does mobile work though.

We made him buy the tractor and pay for the trees. Still sucked.

That really sucks, there are very few things I’ve ever regretted selling but that tractor was one of them. Hope it served y’all well and I hate to hear that about the tractor and the pines
