Count Chocula would never pull this pu**y-ass bullshit.

He’d also never shoot himself in the ass with a pistol while pinching a loaf.

"entered through Thomas’ hip area, tunneled through his upper thigh, narrowly missed his femoral artery, and lodged into his knee cap" that's called appendix carry.
"a round discharged from the weapon without the trigger or gun being touched,” the suit states"

All this happened in the bathroom.
    question
How the F$%K do you use the john with out touching the gun this way?

Common sense is not a gift. It's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone else who doesn't have it.

Whats the point of carrying if you don't have a round chambered?

It depends, my revolvers sit on an empty chamber, if you pull the trigger it'll fire, at least the ones I can put my hands on fast. None of my autos sit with a round in the chamber.

Not carrying with one in the chamber is the equivalent of thinking you’ll have time to put your seatbelt on before a wreck.

It would suck real bad, getting shot while racking a round.

That's cool with me. Do whatever y'all want to do. I know for me at least but I'm not going to blow my dick off in the bathroom.

Mine has one in the chamber, I want all the advantage I can get if that time ever comes.
I am comfortable with my gun safety practices and I know my weapon well enough.
I could care less how anyone else does. I want mine to go bang

The likelihood of one of my kids grabbing my loaded gun are much greater than me needing to have one in the chamber. Even though it’s not supposed to happen I personally see that as a higher risk in my situation.

I'm 100% confident in my firearms capabilities. And I plan for what ifs, do you think one of your cute enders is going to change my game... because there's no way one of y'all can change my mind.

When I had kids at home, I didn't.
I had an incident occur about 7 or 8 years ago and i realized the importance/need of it being loaded ever since.
People should do whatever is most comfortable for them

I think we have taken a fork in the road.

None of my guns “sit” with a chambered round.....except 2. One in a safe in bedroom and one in my office. Kids, nor anyone for that matter, can access either.

If I carry on my person, it is loaded. It’s unloaded and secured when I get home.

I'm glad you said this. I'm the same way...at home, all guns are secured and no rounds chambered. While carrying, it's ready to rock if need be but I hope and pray that's never necessary.
