    What an amazing coincidence!

Two of my clients were notified this month that they were being sued from accidents that happened 2 years 11 months ago.

Damn. The fella Cheddar-Bobbed himself and is suing the gun manufacturer? That's awful.

In order to prevail the Plaintiff will have to have an expert testify the gun in question entered the stream of commerce in a dangerous condition. One would assume almost all Sig firearms and maybe all of them enter the stream of commerce in a non-dangerous condition. If somehow this Plaintiff and lawyer show the gun in question had a dangerous defect, and the plaintiff did nothing to contribute to his injuries, is the attorney still “the worst”?

It's well known that the P320 has a drop fire issue. Sig knew about it for a while before they said anything about it. He'll get paid.

“The P320 fired one nine millimeter bullet, which entered through Thomas’ hip area, tunneled through his upper thigh, narrowly missed his femoral artery, and lodged into his knee cap,” according to court documents.

Doesn't sound like it was dropped, though.

I was wondering the same thing. What's the point of concealed carry if the damn thing ain't loaded??

You can't call a timeout to load your weapon in a defensive situation.
