In order to prevail the Plaintiff will have to have an expert testify the gun in question entered the stream of commerce in a dangerous condition. One would assume almost all Sig firearms and maybe all of them enter the stream of commerce in a non-dangerous condition. If somehow this Plaintiff and lawyer show the gun in question had a dangerous defect, and the plaintiff did nothing to contribute to his injuries, is the attorney still “the worst”?

Guilty as charged. I rarely carry, though.

This. If it’s not ready to dance, it’s not doing any good.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

I do, and I don't find it as being stupid.

    This is a good question.

Edit to add - Which one of you dipshits spun this thread onto the topic of locking up guns?

why would you walk around with a $400-$600 rock in your pocket?

It takes about no time to turn that unloaded rock into a loaded pistol. I'm 46, married with 2 kids, I work a white collar job, I don't hang out in sketchy bars with pool tables any more, and I avoid big crowds and WalMarts. I just don't see a personal need to be carrying condition 1 very often. Everything in life is risk based, and my risk profile doesn't correspond with carrying a loaded pistol.

Whats the point of carrying if you don't have a round chambered?

    What an amazing coincidence!

Two of my clients were notified this month that they were being sued from accidents that happened 2 years 11 months ago.

They wait in order to determine the real/actual damages. Hard to come up with that number a week after an incident.
I am in no way an advocate for many of the frivolous suits these days but sometimes money is owed and those at fault need to pay up.
The only ones who really win are the attorneys.

I've got no problem with legitimate suits at all. It's discouraging how few and far between they are.
