You don't have to announce to the world that you're an idiot. Just keep talking and we'll know.

Don't know that I have too many assets, but I do have an umbrella. I think one of the real problems is that insurance is no longer utilized in its original intended purpose. But that's a looong discussion for another day when I'm not still banging away at the office.

"I die a little inside"? Are you a 14 year old girl? As for morality, attorneys as a whole have no less and no more than about any other professional, excluding spawns of satan of course. Plenty of immoral bastards in all fields and all walks of life.

This is a damn fact I remember the days dropping $2.00 in a folgers can to fish. Not no more.

Yep. Landowners and pond owners get the value of their property these days. Capitalism.

Why’s it always nerve damage? Is that easier to collect on or disprove?

Don't count out "concussion". I bumped my head doc and I feel nauseous. "I'm diagnosing you with a concussion".

The number two contributor to the democrap party is the trial lawyers association. Labor unions are number one.

An EMG might establish nerve damage, but it’s somewhat nebulous. The real ticket for the all 9s and 2s is closed head injuries.

I would have thought over-regulating government and/or liberal fiscal/monetary policy is far more more detrimental to business.
