    Default Hurricane Butt

Grocery store had butts on sale last weekend so I picked up two. Rubbed one last night then threw it on the Traeger this morning. Went to work, came home for lunch and splashed it with a little apple cider vinegar. Went back to work, came home around 5:45 and wrapped it in foil. Cut the grass, then took it off at 7 to let it rest. It was great, that is all. AEE435A7-0F96-47B5-9982-AC3383AA473A.jpgB624385E-C9C4-46AD-9A6B-E8735537C325.jpg
You can’t beat the ease and performance of a Traeger when it comes to low and slow cooking.

    Looks awesome!

    The thread title sounds provocative.

i cooked ribs and a brisket this past weekend.

lo and behold, they both took about the exact amount of time they always have. I dont need my phone to tell me. and, honestly, I'm not sure why anyone would want a "remote" thermometer. So, i posted an alternative suggetsion but it wasnt what he wanted to hear.

Its ok. I am NOT angry one bit. I am actually smiling/laughing as I type this. Its so interesting to me how mollie could read my initial post with any anger. He THOUGHT i was angry before he started reading. I think that's a good life lesson for all.
