I'm pretty sure I'd rather try turtle than ever eat Canada goose again. I carefully brined, seasoned and smoked a goose breast and not only could I not stomach it, my dogs wouldn't eat it either.

Ground, stuffed, smoked, and pickled. Put a jar in an office break room and label it pickled Slim Jims, and it'll be gone.
