    Default Jap Millet

Been harder to find that normal....if anyone knows where to get a couple bags around Columbia please let me know.

More importantly.....what's the latest you've planted Jap (midlands SC) and had it do right?

    Thanks

I realize there are plenty of variables...rain/early frost etc...but what's the latest you've planted Jap (midlands SC) and had it do right? Anyone planted in Sept?

You can plant it up to probably September 1st but you better be watching for aren't worms. They come out this time of year and love jap millet!

Yes army worms will eat young millet to the ground overnight. I’d plant it sooner than later if possible

They had some at Southern States in Manning last week. Probably too far to ride, but you might want to call them.
