    Default Welfare Land Hunters...

If you like to hunt, fish, hike, bike, camp or cruise through public lands where it be here or out west then you need to make your voice heard. William Perry Pendley was named co-director of BLM and is "acting director" since that position, which requires senate confirmation, remains vacant. It's a backdoor appointment and while he may be a good dude that saves nuns and kittens in his spare time, he is not a friend of public lands. Take 30 seconds and send your reps a note and let them know if they want this guy making decisions as director then he needs to go through the confirmation process. If not he needs to get to gettin' and let them nominate and confirm someone else.

If we sold all of the 640 Million acres the US government has then we might be able to cover the deficit for 2019 alone.

Pretty sure we aren't going to yard sale our way out of our spending crisis.

It's the way a democratic republic is supposed to work.

You determine what roles you think government should provide for. Then you vote for people that you hope will support those beliefs. But regardless of who wins you contact them with how you want them to represent you. Sometimes you will agree with them. Sometimes you won't. But ideally they will represent their constituents.

It works better than your method of actually believing that it's all about one side against the other. And that you have to bend over backwards and warp your morals to explain why your guy is right for every thing he does.
