    If you study the pics you can ascertain that this deer is likely "outside the ears". That means he's mature. Good kill cootnssty

    I've had him on camera for 3 years. I missed him last year and he just showed back up on camera yesterday., A buddy just text that to me and said sorry man someone got him. I dont think it's the same deer. But maybe I'm just telling myself that lol.

    Yeah it's the same deer. Would have been cool to see him out of velvet.

    ETA I can see why you are holding out hope since his left side does look different but the right side is perfect match. Got any other trail cam pics of him?

    That split brow is hard to argue but with those two angles the left G2 looks different and the right brow does too.

    IMO.

    It just seems to me the bases go more flat than up. I wish I had a different angle.
