    Default Question about Kawasaki mule

I’m picking up a mule from my father-in-law around Labor Day who lives in Ohio. We just talked and he said that occasionally when you crank it up you have to put it in forward or reverse to get it to crank up. He’s also said it has somewhat of a vibration when you were driving it. I think it only has about 400 hours on it and I don’t believe it has ever been abused. Anybody have any idea what is going on?

so basically a mule vibrates, perhaps the whole machine or perhaps the steering column.
Your description makes a diagnosis impossible.

Take two tylenol and consult your pediatrician in the morning.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

Neutral safety switch and center bearing ( drive shaft ) if itís a two seater. Plus a Kawasaki Mule with 400hrs ainít worth driving to Ohio to get, your PA in law must hate you.

Your assesment of the problem may be on the money. You idea of a Mule being shit at 400 hours is fucked up! LMAO!!

Yep. A buddy has one that the hour meter quit at about 2100 hours. That was probably 1000 hours ago. He replaced the belt for the first time a couple months ago. Thing still runs like a top and it hasn't exactly had the best life.
