The point being is that they supposedly have some 2000 pages of evidence against not only Epstein, but many/most/all of his 'guests' and 'compadres'... duh. I would hope, expect, cases to push forward against any and all of them if the evidence warrants it.
Please explain, since you know all, why it would all hinge on whether Epstein is alive (and in hiding), a suicide, or murdered?

Ah ha, the old "supposedly". I would think the "supposedly" evidence came from his search warrant, etc. and would be predicated on this.

Just letting you know I really don't make this crap up, despite what you may think you know from your own suppositions.
This 'court ordered release' of documents refers to claims made back in a 2016 lawsuit deposition. How that plays into the modern day I don't know as I'm really not 'Perry Mason'. I would think an 'honest government lawyer' could do something with it, but that putting those three words together could well be a misnomer.
