Well this is inconvenient. When are they going to figure out that no laws will keep law breakers from breaking the law? Murdering folks is against the law and that doesn't slow these nutjobs down and neither will any law they can come up with. The only people that laws work on are people who don't want to break laws. For those like this nut who don't give a sh!t laws mean nothing.
