Get the long bed. Makes a smaller truck feel a little bigger. Especially hauling gear to duck camp.

Mine. I bought it late February. It’s bad@ss. And my clients know me well. One of them saw it and said, “B@da$$ truck, doc. Get any blood on it yet?”

08 Access cab TRD OR 6 speed manual. I'm 6' and have had zero issues with comfort, excellent truck all the way around. Access cabs all come with the long bed, I doubt I'd like it nearly as much with the short bed personally.

Those are some good looking trucks.

How hard was it to install that warn winch and ARB bumper? I bought one and it arrived a few days ago. Sitting in my garage right now. Trying to decide if I want to tackle it or pay someone to do it for me.

Thanks, the first one I did took me longer, the directions suck, but there is a really good you tube video that shows you step by step. I put the winch in after I mounted the bumper. I used 2 ratchet straps and basically lifted it up Into position using the ratchets. What Are you putting the bumper on?

After you get the two brackets mounted on each side you can lift the bumper and set it on them and it will stay there while you get a few bolts in it.

Going on a Toyota Land Cruiser, 100 Series.

I've installed a couple of bumper replacement brush guards before (Ranch Hands) on Ford trucks, but I've never installed a winch. I've heard before that the instructions from ARB suck, I don't want to bite off more than I can chew and find out halfway through the job ... With that said, one of the quotes I've received up here is $700 to install, and no way I'm paying that. I need KRT to make the drive and come pick it up.

Do any of these Tacoma have power sliding rear window? Looking at a 2013 that appears one was added, not very good at that.

Best of my knowledge 2017 was first year of power rear slider.
