    I will say that the good thing about him going to the Raiders is that Gruden will reward A. Effort and B. Football smarts over even talent. That kid has plenty of both.

    Since Renfro and 2th are close friends ,maybe he can give us and Led a heads up before Gruden leaves the Raiders for Tennessee. It will be nice to have somebody on the inside.
