    Default Herbicide application rate

I need to treat my yard for weeds, and Im done paying someone to do it. A product Im looking at says to use 4-7 oz per 1000 square feet. I have a back pack sprayer and want to spray the yard with that, how do I convert that to oz per gallon? Yard is a mixture of centipede and bermuda. The company I was paying was treating it as centipede. What product do you recommend. Im assuming I have crabgrass, broad leaf and sedge. In the early spring I have henbet in areas.

multiply by 43.560 to get total ounces, divide by 128 to get gallons.

    basically 174.24oz - 304.92oz per acre or 1.36125gal - 2.3821875gal per acre

In all honesty if you are going to do it with a backpack sprayer, hire someone to do it right and also know what they are looking at and can apply the chemical accurately.

Celsius was recommended for the broad leafs. Cat daddy put me own it and it’s great.

Not sure about your sedge and crabgrass. Has the crabgrass been present since spring or just started the last month?

Word. If you want to screw it up, use a backpack sprayer.

Just for future reference, Feets sells sod.

Do I get a visor for a referral, when he buys sod to green his yard back up?
