Fox squirrels have popped up around our place as of late. I mean I'd see one occasionally around our area, but there were three near the dove field.. they pay no never mind to the electric fencing on their way to sunflowers.

They're human like.. I swear my wife was almost thinking she saw a monkey standing in our driveway.. I was like I don't even have to see it, because I know it's a fox squirrel.

Saw an armadillo a mile or so from my place a couple of weeks ago. First one I’ve seen that close to home.

Chipmunks are a piedmont/mountain critter everywhere I’ve ever seen em.

I wonder if they would survive in Santee Cooper Country.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

I see fox squirrels fairly regularly around here. Hunted some land near Cal-Maine close to Bethune and they were all over that area, I'd see them almost every time I hunted.

It's rare that I head up far north on hwy 1, but I bet every other time I do I see a fox squirrel.

I've only seen one armadillo in my life north of Boykin.

I’ve killed a fox squirrel in Greenwood but they’re not exactly common, we do see them somewhat regularly down around Clark’s Hill. Armadillos are all over the place but I’ haven’t seen a chipmunk around here at all. The only groundhog I’ve ever seen in SC was in Landrum last year

Pockets of groundhog scattered throughout Greenville, Anderson and Pickens Counties. Shot a couple with the .17 behind my place last year.

There was a dead armadillo on I-85 at MM 15 in Anderson County the other day. Third one I've seen.

I climbed a new tree in Indiana on a deer hunt. Hour or so later heard a rustling next tree over. Damn groundhog peeping at me at eye level. They can multipurpose...

Saw a half dozen fox squirrels on the golf course at Litchfield CC yesterday. In the last few months I’ve seen two roadkill armadillos a couple miles south of the Toumey WMA in Sumter.
