Spraying pine seedlings?

This late in the year why don't you wait a few more months and burn.

Fire will kill pine seedlings too.

Transline will work had a local landscape guy spray ours last summer. Had same issue that you do. They sprayed 150 gallons for us. I think he said it was a legume specific herbicide and will kill kudzu but not pines or oak seedlings. We lost a few here and there but I wouldn't attribute it to the spraying as much as the weather. he is scheduled to apply a second application next week and hopefully that will take care of the kudzu. Some cases will require a year 3 application. The difference in last years kudzu and this is pretty amazing though.
