Got a section of pines that were planted back in February or early March that are located where a heavy stand of kudzu used to be. I chisel plowed the area multiple times and successfully up-rooted most of the kudzu roots but apparently didn’t get them all. Now I have some sections of the stand that need to be treated. There are some other weeds also which I’m not as worried about but I am concerned that the climbing nature of the kudzu will get around some of my pines and damage or kill them. Is there anything I can spray the entire stand with that will take care of the kudzu and not kill the pines?
