    Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

    If possible locate the range hood fan in the attic. I know CH does this for clients. Its been SOP lately.

    Gotcha!

    The previous owner had a leaky dishwasher that screwed up the floors in the kitchen. When the floor was repaired they decided to go with it like that.
