Default 100 ft with the trout rod

Took advantage of a calm day and ran out to 100 ft. Decided to have some fun and fish my 4000 on an inshore rod. Cobia took me for a ride too bad he was a little short. Caught probably 15 endangered ARS.

Nice.. I landed a decent Cobia years back on one if my inshore rods.. on a bet. Grumpy still hasn't paid me. He actually took the gaff and bumped it on the head the first time I got him to the boat.

Had those last night! and blackened Monday night. Will be black seabass and b-liner whole frying tonight. Hard to beat a trigger fish. Hands down my favorite shallow water bottom fish.

There is no finer table fare as far as bottom fish go than a trigger.

Ralph, what’s a good sauce I can make for the tacos? Don’t want to do just boring sour cream.

Throw some dukes in a little bowl, I mean like a cup of it.. Take the juice of a lemon, some salt, garlic powder, and whisk in some sriracha with a fork until it pinkens up some. That should be fairly easy.

while you're whisking in the sriracha, taste, between the dashes.. go light, and whisk in extra until you get your taste. I don't keep up with amounts very well, I taste things as I go
