The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.

My grandma used to sweep her yard, and pull up any weeds or grass that sprouted. My how times have changed. Lol.

People in cities take it very serious because they don’t have much else to outside.

Own all the equipment I need but I got a yard man. I have better things to do with my free time than cut grass or deal with keeping shrubs trimmed.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Amen. It ain't worth a couple hours on a Saturday, or any other day for than matter. It is however worth paying a guy $40 to come by every 2 weeks to do it for me and relieve me of the headache of dealing with my own mower, the clean up, etc. I spent more time working on that cussed mower than I did mowing with it.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!

I must be of the rare breed. I enjoy getting on the mower/tractor. Nothing better than finishing up watching the sun go down with an ice cold beer and the kid playing on the swing set or out catching lightening bugs. I’m not all about the “almighty” dollar. I make enough to get by with the little piece of land I have. I spend my free time relaxing and that include doing yard work. But most of the time is catching fish, golfing or hanging out at moms pool. It’s the little things.

As did both of my grandparents. Used a hickory broom to sweep the yard and any sprig that escaped the chickens would get. People didn't have time to push-pull a rotary hand mower. And power mowers were unheard of at least around here.
