Game kings, 140gr In the creedmoor, 165gr in the 300. Inside of 100 they knock baseball sized holes in deer. I cant imagine the .270 performing much differently. And I've tested them on a shit pile of deer the past 12 months, more than most of the people commenting will kill the next decade.

I’ve never laughed harder while deer hunting than I did after head shooting a doe with it. 20’ cloud of hair
Seeing these soulless vanilla ice lookin Yankees on a bassboat is worse than watching a woman get her implants taken out. It's just wrong. Get back in your Lund and go back to infisherman.

You umm, got a video of that you wouldn’t mind sharing. Kinda like to see that.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I picked up a box of Speer 140 grain soft points in 6.5mm. "Hot-Core" or something like that. Figured I would try them and see. Anyone else shoot SP Speer anymore? $20 a box for 100.

Take a gumball and smash it into the shape of a bullet and propel it at 3,000 fps and you will kill deer with it.

    It's not a rhino.

I shoot the Ballistic Silvertips out of my BAR 270, only gun I do not reload with . Have noticed a few times no good blood trail but could see the deer drop or found it right quickly . Never lost a deer with one

My hunting partner shoots core-loks and have to admit he has a hell of a blood trail but I have also had to help him look for deer his wife or kids have shot with same bullets.

I have to agree, shot placement is key

Been shooting NBT for 30+ yrs, not really any issues at all that I can remember and attribute any deer not recovered to my shooting and not the bullet

What is funny is that Sierra markets the .270 HPBT as much tougher than their regular spbt. From my experience it is not nearly as tough. Soft ball exits are normal lol
