    Nobody ever showed. First crew wasted my day waiting on them after they said the were coming and Scout Lover ran into some troubles so no is the answer. Thanks Scout Lover for offering. It was good to see Eddie Taylor and his wife but our old ass's decided we could not get much done.

    I wasn't able to make it. We had a work day at the deer lease on Saturday and worked up until about 9 PM. On the way home my dad hit a deer with his truck and messed his truck up pretty bad. About 10 miles up the road after that I had a tire blow on the trailer I had borrowed and the spare ended up being dry rotted. All told we were able to pull back in my driveway around 2 AM and still had to unload 4 tractors and equipment, pull out the fender on the one truck, and go buy 2 tires for my friend's trailer. I really hope this isn't a sign of how my hunting season is going to go...
