    What mods can be done to a 25 Yamaha 2 cylinder

    *other than better prop and lighting fly wheel*

    Buy a 30 and put a 25 cover on. Sheesh...

    Not much more hp in a 25 2 cyl to squeeze out. Better pony up for that 3rd cylinder then you got something to work with .

    What are you looking to do? More speed empty or better speed carting a load? Going to be on a HP restricted waterway?

    If you are looking for something to bolt on to the engine and go, I do not think you will find it.

    Now that he is a "Woodduck guide", I suspect he needs more hp to tote his clients
