The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.

I was in Korea and was impressed with how they farm every little patch of flat land they can but they break it into multiple small fields with a wide variety of crops. They plant a lot of rice and have tiny little combines the size of minivans on tracks.
Equipment with big diameter tires with aggressive tread will get through mud and bog better than you think. They don't have to necessarily be fat and wide. A guy came to one of my hunting clubs several years ago with an ATV with such wheels and nothing could stop it. It was odd looking and looked like it needed spinner rims.
By chance , while reading on Greenvilles history, I found that some guy named Townsend Smith made his living growing rice along the reedy river. In 1883 he sold 16,000 lbs.
Anyway, I’ve been planting now for 3 years. 1st years yield sucked, byr each year has improved. Other birds get to it but the ducks do find it.
You can find on YouTube the various ways to plant based on your circumstances.
I broadcast (pre-wetted) seed in mud and shallow water...not the best method , but it does work.

That machine is ingenious in it's simplicity. I want one so I can dissect it.
Neat machine. Americans like big and complex for some reason. Small and simple seems like the way to go in the mud.

Delta in a nutshell: Breeding grounds + small wetlands + big blocks of grass cover + predator removal + nesting structures + enough money to do the job= plenty of ducks to keep everyone smiling!
