    Not much information in the article. But the pictures didn't look very shocking to me. Was the the real issue the dogs were outside in this heat?

    Don't get me wrong I don't have 11 dogs tied up in the back yard, but is there really that much difference in a dog tied to a tree than 30 deer dogs packed in a small kennel. Or my fat beagle that refuses to come inside and spends his days in the azaleas. Just wondering where it ends.



    As for the fish, poor health and dirty tank sounds like most fish in an aquarium.

    When the Oscar fish was found by deputies March 25, it was “was in poor health and swimming in a dirty tank,”
