I prefer the cast iron grill grate to the stock grill grate.
Ash tool came with mine but I find it pretty necessary.
A MAP gas torch is cheaper, more efficient, more effective, and more reliable at lighting the coals than any of the overly complicated electric charcoal lighting devices invented for the BGE. Or you can use a paper towel soaked in bacon fat. Just as effective.
Plate setter or some version of it if you are cooking low and slow.
Map gas torch
Plate setter
Smokewear top instead of daisy wheel
Cast iron grill grate
I really like my grate tool
Ash tool
Charcoal basket. It allows for a more even burn and does not clog up like the metal disk that BGE gives you.

Cast iron grate, plate setter, and some sort of raised grate set up.....all the other stuff is overrated.
Speak to me about this cast iron grate. My factory one is about done and I need to replace it.
I like the pizza stone. The place setter makes the stone way easier to get the pizza off the egg.
Another thing, and this applies to any slow (er) cooker is a remote thermometer. Some scoff at it, I love using it.
