I practice with it on sometimes but mostly off. When I get to my spot (tree or blind) it comes off.
I take an PLB in the shower with me. Can't ever be too safe.

Whats it like to live w/o the Internet? Not bad, I get photos of your mom thought the mail....

Off. I lay my bow flat in my lap when I’m expecting action.

My arrows are longer than my bow, that SOB is definitely off. But you midgets do whatever you like.

Used to take it off when I used a five arrow quiver as it both makes some noise when shooting and, reportedly, creates some torque during the shot. Don't know...

Now that I use a three arrow quiver, have the attachment bracket taped to eliminate any rattle, and use the center arrow first, I leave it on.

Off. Never had a problem grabbing another arrow, granted I usually climb down and get my deer after I shoot

I shoot with mine off but have an extra arrow ready to be go in a hurry on my quiver hanging right beside me. I actually shoot better with it off on longer shots, 40 yards and over. My quiver tends to make me fight to keep the bow level on a long hold. It’s hell when you get spotted when right after you draw.
