    Default Pickle Worms

Anyone know an effective treatment, if they're already present? I've read they pass through the stems and once you have them, it's game over. I also read that the cucumber shouldn't be eaten if there's any holes, due to a bacteria. Someone enlighten me with some good news. I have about 200, 1" pickles that I'm hoping will finish out and be eatable.
I try not to douse the vegi's with 7 dust, but will that kill them or prevent them from coming back?

Mine just got a good bath of 7 and an organic worm killer spray that's been on the shelf for a while. The stems above the ground have split and are looking a little weak, so I'm afraid this is the beginning of the end.
