The number is 1-800-Pick-UPS. Push comes to shove they can pull Telematics on the truck and see how fast he was going at any point in his day, including your driveway. Enough complaints against the same driver may eventually convince them to casually ask the driver to possibly lift the throttle the next time they have a delivery for you.

This time of year leave a cooler on your porch or offer the driver ice cold Gatorade, water, and/or soft drinks and tell them to use this to cool down and keep the speed down. It sucks being in the brown convection ovens with no air. Moving fast is the only A/C we have.
