    but you cant aspirate a lymph node over the phone!
    Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.

    Glenn may or may not chime in here.... but seeing bacteria is often times a sign of infection??

    If it doesn’t start to resolve with AB’s. i would surely be sending aspirates out to a ref lab.
    The story seems to line up with possible kennel cough or some other resp infection likely picked up at boarding facility. Not uncommon.
