BB, I'd look for a "F3" Group near you. F3nation.com Seen it change a lot of lives for the better. The motivation to eat better really came for me when I wanted to fuel my body to perform better. Didn't read back through this entire thread to see if I or anyone had suggested it, but anywho thought I'd throw it out there.

When I'm looking for a quick meal, I put them in a frying pan and dump about a half carton of egg beaters until fully cooked.

    ask for the "fake crab"

i'm not begrudging eating me some alaskan pollock like Gander said....but the OP asked for healthy snacks. I think that would be considered "less bad for you" than most other snacks, that's for sure.

wskinner---i love that stuff....but I dont like processed, if I can help it. If i were answering the OPs question, I would stick with fruits and veggies.

I'm just messing with you, and I agree about processed and it being a healthier processed option.

I've been involved with F3 for 3.5 years and it has worked well for me. Let me know if you have questions about it.
