    Default Dishwashing detergent as surfactant.

I'm hearing that you can use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of dishwashing detergent per gallon as surfactant. Anybody done it or have thoughts?

It will definitely work, but your tank will suds up on the next 5 refills. Put the detergent in after you fill the tank with water. That will help on the 1st tank.

Yes to your question, and yes to what cat said.

In what application is the surfacant being used?

I understand what a surfacant is for the most part. Just curious what everyone is using it for since nobody mentioned it directly.

Ah, like napalm. But for plants. And without fire. Makes sense. I’ll have to try that. Thanks.
