the bad part to me....is that there is no retribution. "petty" theft is not a punishable offense these days.

Not to mention you will get exactly ZERO help from law enforcement. You will get assigned a "detective" whose job is to fill out paperwork and ignore your phone calls.

And before some law dog comes on here and tells me about all the bad things going on that "matter more", those same murderers and drug dealers started out with petty theft. and you dont do shit investigating this type of crime. just admit it.

Not sure where your business is located but have you thought about asking the local convenience stores if you could view their video from the same evening. Maybe you could get an image without the mask on. Just a thought.
