Mine looks like a scaled down version of yours. It doesn't have the rack on the front, the top grate might not be as big and my grates aren't as nice as yours. At least that's what I noticed from the pic.

I figured you were a vegan but that does look good.

Rec Tec is the best. Outstanding customer service. Wi-fi is nice too.

I’m lost since Stubbs charcoal disappeared.

Might as well use a crockpot.

    Default Pellet grills

Wifey had already cut one slab up before I got back in with the crab Mac & Cheese to take the pic. That’s the Rec Tec recipe (I subbed crab for lobster) that’s on their site and it is damn delicious, and I don’t even like regular Mac & Cheese.....

Looking at Pit Boss vertical pellet smoker. Really like looks of them and idea of pellet fired.

Wish I had time and effort for pure wood but just do not

Pretty impressed so far, did my first smoke with some very thick bone in pork chops yesterday

Actually put chops on and went and sat in deer stand for 2 1/2 hours Got them a little over my target temp but that was my fault since got home later than anticipated but they were probably 2-21/2" thick so no harm done .

feets this is the best smoked mac&cheese receipt known to man. Have made it a bunch and have to hide a bowl for myself if you are feeding others
