    Default Sorghum and 2,4-D

Anybody know if you can apply 2,4-D over the top of 2" to 4" sorghum (wildlife 9300 variety) without injury to the crop? How about atrazine? Thanks!

Atrazine is the same as corn. No more than 2 Qts up to 12". Can expect injury if the sorghum is over 12".

Had to go to the book on 2,4-D, though I'd be double sure I was good on wind and inversion if spraying 2,4-D this time of year...
    2,4‐D 4S
    amine or low volatile ester
    0.5‐1.5 pt
Apply 2,4‐D broadcast overtop grain sorghum that is 6 to 15 inches tall to control most broadleaf weeds. Use drop
nozzles if sorghum is more than 8 inches in height. Use caution to prevent drift and injury to nearby sensitive crops.
Rainfast interval = not indicated on label (suggest 1 hour minimum).
