Off of Mt. willing rd in Saluda County near the traffic circle. If you take a left on Mt. willing coming from the traffic circle it will be on your right before you get to the bridge. At least that’s my understanding.

I know Dominion has already made mention about opening land for development. I'm honestly surprised that this hasn't happened sooner, SCE&G and others have been sitting on a lot of land for a long time.
I wish they would put some more neighborhoods in Lexington. I feel like it is really underdeveloped.
