    Default Proso Millet

Has anyone ever planted or hunted over it in a dove field and or a duck pond before? I’ve never herd of it until this year. After looking around on the internet it seems like it’s very favorable. Just curious pros and cons is y’all s opinion
When in doubt, shoot him again!

Work like it's all up to me, but pray, like it's all up to him!

It's not a very sturdy plant. That's all I got.

Not much help either but make sure you realize it takes longer than browntop to mature. I was planning to try it this year but I went with browntop since I could get it in before the rain.

I'm curious on what the difference is between white millet and dove prosso?

White proso and dove proso seed looks alike....white proso plant height is very short and easier for doves to walk in if left standing . Also white proso matures in about 45 days .
If it aint got 8 toes & a green head,it aint a duck.

I like dove proso planted in 30 inch rows.
You can cultivate if needed then it will shade out weeds and later provide clean ground for the birds to feed. Not to mention the seed head matures from top to bottom not all at once.
